I thought my charging port was broken so I went to Gophermods to get it replaced. I tried to clean it out but it still didn’t work. When I went in, they cleaned it for free and it worked great. Obviously I could have cleaned it better but it was great that they tried something that simple before fully replacing it, showing that they care more about the customer than the money.
