Working from a description and MacBook Pro error text, the Gophermods tech correctly diagnosed my issue via email. At the same time, I was told the part was available from vendor stock, when it would be shipped and received, and how long my device would be in shop. When it was ready, I was notified immediately via. During pickup, the rep stepped through functionality testing with me and fully explained the manufacturer's one-year parts warranty. Impressive professionalism combined with cordiality and efficiency. Without doubt, five stars!!
