Working from a description and MacBook Pro error text, the Gophermods tech correctly diagnosed my issue via email. At the same time, I was told the part was available from vendor stock, when it would be shipped and received, and how long my device would be in shop. When it was ready, I was notified immediately via. During pickup, the rep stepped through functionality testing with me and fully explained the manufacturer's one-year parts warranty. Impressive professionalism combined with cordiality and efficiency. Without doubt, five stars!!

I've had the same iPod repaired several times for a new hard drive and at least 3 batteries. I use my iPod daily and I've always had outstanding service. My iPod is old so parts maybe not be available overnight but repair is great when the parts arrive. GopherMods kept me aware of the timing. I won't go anywhere else.
