I came in with what I thought was a broken charging port but after Ray cleaned it, it was working perfectly. I really appreciate them being so thorough and observant, they saved me $140! I will definitely be going here from now on :-)

The team at Gophermods was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I went in for screen protector replacements for an iPhone and a Galaxy zFlip. Alexis was a joy to work with, and was more than happy to explain the replacement process and warranty information to us. The process was very quick and we are happy with the results! I went in with my iphone 13 with part of the charging plug broke off in the phone. They were able to remove the broken piece at no charge and now my phone can charge again. Great service

Our PS5 was not working. After calling around different places and getting the runaround by many, the staff at Gophermods was quick to answer my questions, they were so friendly and informative. Because they are walk-in, I was able to bring my device in right away and literally had it back the next business day. I was so pleased, and so was my son! They do various services so I will definitely check them out for anything else we need in the future.
