A positive experience online and with the Fyshwick store staff. Picked out a sleeping bag online, then selected the option to pick up in store as a ‘reserved’ item. Got a sms reminder. Went to Fyshwick, a friendly staff member showed me comparable items on display. Decided on the one I selected, signed up, received my receipt via email. Happy customer! I do remember visiting in the past (more than a year ago) where staff would chat among themselves and I felt invisible. But yesterday’s customer service was great.
