Update 2 - (updated from 1 to a 4 star rating) A new manager sought to review and assess the circumastances which resulted in a fair and equitable outcome. I thank Kye for his transparent approach to managing our request and look forward to engaging with him, and the team who who hopefully continue to emulate Kye's calm, balanced and considerate approach in compliance with Australian consumer laws. A huge step forward in the right direction from the former store manager who could not have been more different.

The ACCC have provided sound advice that I will be pursuing in the absence of a fair and equitable outcome.
Do not accept advice from staff. Business has been formally referred for investigation by the ACCC. Staff do not have sufficient knowledge of products and provide incorrect advice that seriously endanger consumers. The manager also does not demonstrate any informed knowledge of rendering assistance or resolution of matters concerning dangerous advice given by staff.
