One vet nurse is nice, the others just played us around and didn’t get back to our calls or read reports from our prior vets so we could get our cat the help he needed. Expected way more. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service. Now we need to find another vet after getting our reports transferred to them. Waste of time and money. The main Australian vet told us she didn’t understand the reports but she lied and clearly didn’t even read them! One vet nurse told us we needed to get more scans for our cat which we already did a few months prior and paid £500 on! They had months to read repots and said they don't usually chase reports on Saturday giving us a hard time about it when they'd had them all along. Now we still have a sick cat..Definitely don’t recommend!

They have been our vets for at least 20 years now. I have always found them to be kind, compassionate and professional.

I have been coming to this veterinary practice since last October. I have always bought the same dog food from them as instructed by the vet. I waited for over 20 minutes whilst the person who worked there argued with me over what dog food I had been providing my dog - basically stating that it wasn't what I had bought in the past and that basically, I am a liar. After refusing me the right to buy the regular dog food I have been buying for nearly a year she made me walk back home to get the empty dog food bag just to be able to prove to her that I had been buying that dog food all along! Can you believe it, absolutely appalling. Only to come back and show them the food that I have been buying since last year. Not only that I received a half-hearted apology and was also charged £35 for the insult, not £24 which I have been paying in the past. Disgusting service, unprofessional and terrible attitude towards people, hate to play the race card but I highly doubt for one minute that this woman would have behaved so rudely and insulting towards a white person. I will be taking the matter further. AVOID!

I had the great pleasure of having my dogs cared for by Goddard Highbury for 16 years. Lauren, Louise, Ruby and all the other nurses, vets and assistants were so friendly and lovely and took excellent care of my two pups. Their great work helped my sweeties live long and happy lives. A great practice!
