Such a warm and welcoming place. The nurses were so helpful and you could tell how much they genuinely cared about what they did. Great service, that made me feel comfortable bringing my cats here. Bit baffled by some of the bad reviews... they are a private company and owning and caring for a pet costs money. Unfortunately, 20% or more of people’s wage does not go towards the cost of animal treatments like it does with the NHS. Great place! Highly recommend!

My mother's cat was very well treated as an emergency. She was unable to wait for a blue cross appointment as her beloved cat was very poorly. She was charged 120 pounds . She is a pensioner and this left her in severe financial difficulty. Why is there no concessions for pensioners? Her life revolves around her cat since our father passed. I realise it's a business but what will she do if her cat needs more treatment related to this incident. She was told she will have to pay again. Come on vets lets gets real here l0ve surely its not all about hard cash?

An average experience when visiting a vet, however in reference to Hazedredd arty's review, I agree whole heartedly with her sentiments regarding aiding the elderly in keeping their pets healthy

I have left this vets after Saturday. I had a routine check up at 1:15pm. I contacted them whilst on route to my appointment, due to a train delay I was running a few minutes late. The receptionist explained if I was late I may have to wait between appointments to be seen. I arrived three minutes late and the practice was empty with one person in with the vets. Three other people arrived with their pets after me and were let in before me. I got talking to the gentleman who was in with the vet and asked what time his appointment was for he told me 1pm. So even though I was three minutes late I would of still been waiting, yet three other people were allowed in before me. After years of experience with this vets with both my current and previous pets it’s unfortunate that unless you are spending money they really don’t want to know.
