I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen in King of Prussia for the first time and I must say, my experience was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in (with a party of 17) and we were seated, our server, Cierra went above and beyond to make sure that our entire dining experience was spectacular. The grilled salmon with roasted brussels sprout, rice pilaf, pomegranate vinaigrette was fiiiiiiire.
Salmon cooked text book. The real kicker here was the roasted Brussel sprouts and pomegranate vinaigrette. The Brussel spouts had bite, but a nice crispy char on the outer leafs. The pomegranate vinaigrette was light and tangy. It wrapped the whole dish together.
The carrot cake. Do you even have to ask? Just eat a piece. It was nom.
All the dishes nom nom nom.

To be honest the food here is just okay. It's not bad but it isn't mind blowing either. I will say the service is always really great, there is never a wait for a table and it's really nice to have a restaurant outside of the mall that offers gluten free and vegan options.

I wish I could eat here every night to try everything on the menu. I couldn’t decide but thankfully got to taste a few things and they were all so good. I had the lasagna bolognese (gf) and edamame guac. Both five ⭐️. Great waiter and nice ambiance, even got to say hi to the mall cat. Will be back.

I love everything about this place! The menu is mouth-watering! I enjoyed the watermelon lemonade. My dish unfortunately short on taste. I'll give it another try bc I'm sure it was a fluke. I'll be back!
