Looking for something different in the area and found this restaurant. Looking at the amount of reviews I decided to try it out. I’m glad I did as the restaurant has a cool vibe to it. Nice and open with patio seating and a nice walk around bar. The bartender was very friendly and gave great recommendations. Not sure if I came at the right time but the wait was not that long. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Listen, I am not a big healthy food eater, I love my beer, burgers and fries. With that said this jawn knocks it out, their burger is good and the lack of fries is upsetting, the deserts are really good.
The service is 10/10 and the deco is amazing

Dern, finally back in the big city when I can walk into a place like this, where everything on the menu looks good, from avocado Cobb salad with kale, to my wife’s teriyaki quinoa bowl. We were full after eating ALL the food (we shared everything), but we still split the fresh strawberry cake covered in strawberry slices, & vanilla ice cream scoop on the side (some of the desserts are vegan don’t recall if this was).

I love True Food I come here a lot!! I’ve never had the pleasure of Rocky being my server but I did today & wow he is freakin top notch!!! Super friendly, attentive, hospitable & can tell he genuinely cares. I just had my wisdom teeth removed & he was super nice & accommodating got me a to go cup of water with salt to rinse my mouth LOL Whenever I come back again I’ll be requesting him!

True food is such an all-around great place to dine. The atmosphere is great. They have an interesting variety of food that has yet to disappoint. The wait staff is phenomenal. They have some great individuals working there.
Highly recommend anyone who likes a fast casual place.

Recommend the edamame guac or the hummus for an app-soooo good!
Also, a GF tip: ask for the pizza to be made on their GF pita-so delish.

Ok, so walking in, the music was super loud so we sat outside. Jade was our server. She is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and gave great recommendations.
The burrata appetizer was delicious, fresh, and creamy. Next I ordered the Holy Basil Tea with ginger and honey, perfect. The Korean Sweet Potato glass noodles with vegetables was amazing. Definitely will visit again!

Wow wow this place! First greeted with cucumber orange water, I was already impressed. The atmosphere is very cute and modern. I got the Ramen and my mom had the Korean noodle dish. We also had the green juice and the tea. Everything was outstanding, and the service was very attentive. A great option if you are looking for healthy, but extremely tasty food while you’re in the King of Prussia area.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen in King of Prussia and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the warm and welcoming decor, to the friendly and attentive staff, to the incredibly delicious and healthy food - everything was top-notch.
I particularly appreciated the diverse menu options that catered to a range of dietary needs and preferences, without sacrificing taste or quality. We opted for the grilled Arctic salmon and my wife had the og grass fed burger. .Christina was our waitress! And she was amazing. Management should def give her bonuses for how much she goes and above for customer.
Overall, my experience at True Food Kitchen was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy and flavorful dining experience. The attention to detail and commitment to quality truly sets this establishment apart.
