Im all about healthy food so this place was right up my alley. Bowls made with brown rice, sweet potato noodles, etc. Everything designed to b anti inflammatory. Edamame dumplings were delicious. Also loved the poke bowl and matcha latte. They had loose leaf green tea offerings - although it was steeped too long or the water was too hot, i still appreciate that they had this option. Gluten free and vegan options galore.

This little place right in the King of Prussia mall parking lot is wonderful. I like that finally some restaurants are embracing a healthier style of cooking. Love the utilization of jackfruit in recipes! I'm glad to see some vegan/vegetarian variety on a menu for once! I would highly suggest trying this place, it will open your palette to familiar foods with a healthy twist. can't wait to go back!

I have been to True Food Kitchen a couple of times. The food is always good, and the drinks and staff are nice too. I will say that the prices are a little high, especially for some of the portion sizes. Also the last time we went, we tried to make a reservation for 5 and it was very difficult. We ended up sitting on the porch outside, which was just barely warm enough, but did help us escape the loudness of the interior. If you are coming with a big party make sure to make a reservation as soon as you can, because waiting in person is pretty brutal.

Visited True Food Kitchen many times in California and now we found we have one nearby in PA. Always good food made with fresh ingredients, great atmosphere and great staff. A wonderful dining experience.

The service, aesthetic, menu, and overall experience were incredible. My server, Ericka, was outstanding from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. I felt welcomed and cared for thoroughly. I ordered the edamame dumplings and the spaghetti squash entree. Both were incredibly flavorful and well prepared. This was my first time dining at a True Food Kitchen and I will absolutely be back. Keep up the great work, and please hold onto staff members like Ericka!
