Truly a restaurant that is all about good food that's good for you. The wait staff was very helpful and attentive and the food delicious. I eat out a lot for business and finding a restaurant that I didn't have to pick the least bad for me menu item was very welcomed.

Had a lovely time at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the service was amazing. My server was so accommodating and really went the extra mile to ensure an amazing experience. As someone who doesn't normally eat very healthy, I was extremely happy with both the flavor, portion size, and over all quality of the food. The atmosphere was lively and by the time I was finished I barely noticed that I had practically closed the place down; there was no rush to turn over the table, and that was really refreshing.
Would highly recommend, especially for date night.

Have been there several times. Love the food and staff is friendly. Services can be improved for sure as it often takes too long for waiters to bring us the menu and even water! It seems that staff is not always paying attention to surroundings to make sure they're not missing anything. But anyway, I won't stop going there. I just know what to expect everytime I dine there!

I HIGHLY recommend TFK for anyone with a limited or restricted diet. I'm on the AIP diet and was delighted to find so many things I could eat on the menu. There's a 16-page PDF on their website about allergen information for EVERY ITEM on their menu! And, our server was simply fantastic. She listened to my restrictions and made suggestions for me. She even suggested an adjustment to a menu item that I didn't think I could eat and it was amazing! I told her at the end of my meal: it's so rare that I have the opportunity to overeat when I'm dining out, but I left the restaurant full and happy. True Food Kitchen is now a *must-visit* restaurant every time I'm in San Diego.

Food is awesome ! And it smells so good ! Their ambience, interior decoration, lightings are flowing really well together that this place feels so welcoming !! This place has really nice staff and their service is really good. They have very healthy vegan and vegetarian options with combination of fruit/vegetable juices and staff is very knowledgeable.
We will definitely come back and keep visiting !
