I had lunch at True Food with my mom who is just diving into the nuances of eating out gluten free, while I have some long-standing food sensitivities to gluten, eggs, and dairy. Our server was AWESOME! He answered all of our many questions and doubled checked more than once on whether an item was gluten free or could be made gluten free. He also informed us that when a guest has a food sensitivity, the kitchen takes extra precautions like wiping down the work area and having a manager deliver food vs. a server. Our meal was excellent as well, so full of flavor and, of course, prepared with nutrient dense ingredients. I am a nutritionist, finding restaurant meals prepared with high-quality ingredients is hard to come by. I am often very disappointed with restaurant meals because they are lacking flavor and quality, but not at True Food. The meal was delicious and safe.
