Slow service during weekday lunch. Good vegetarian options. Kombucha is a must!

Very healthy food with decent flavor. The soup and salads lack some flavor. The wine list is a tad pricey for the quality of food.

They were awesome here with my daughter's gluten and dairy sensitivities and the food is great. I would have given them five stars if they'd had a non-alcoholic beer to choose from! Maybe next time.

The building is very open and clean. The staff are very helpful if you have any questions. I have only ordered to go here and had only had a problem once. The one problem I had was I ordered food an hour in advance and when I got there to pick it up it was not done yet. Other than the one time it has been a pleasant experience at this place. The only food that I have tried so far from this place has been the turkey burger. The reason for that is it is the best turkey burger I have ever had, it makes it very hard to try anything else. It also comes with a sweet potatoes hash which is really good also.

The restaurant has an upscale vibe, with good design finishes. There is a nice large bar, and ample seating throughout the dining room. Meals run 15-25 dollars per person, and the food is pretty good

Absolutely delicious healthy food, excellent service, beautiful building and dining room but too expensive. I had the spaghetti squash and my husband had another single plate, no sides and one non-alcohol beverage. The bill with tip was over $50. I absolutely am accustomed to often spending more then $50 for dinner, but not for so little.

I ordered the butternut squash pizza and it was delicious. Paired with a seasonal pumpkin beer it was a squash kind of evening.

Great place, lots of vegetarian options, healthy and clean food. I had the sea bass that was good. The edamame dumplings for app is a hit. The place gets super loud though it can be hard to talk.

True Food is one of my favorite places to go. I love the open space, the ambience and while it's loud, it great to hear people enjoying dining in the space. I love that each dish can be customizable. I had the Tuscan kale salad which normally has the cheese but they omitted it and it still tasted amazing. The mushroom Farrow soup was so flavorful and knowing that I could just have a vegan meal that was tasty was a plus for me. We finished off with the key lime pie that was great as well. Perfect amount of sweetness and tartness. Can't wait to come again!

The food was better than the service. When we checked in the hostess asked if we had reservations. When we said "No," she said we would need to sit on the heated patio. There numerous open tables in the restaurant. After being sat on the patio with only one other couple, it was like we were left for dead or punished for not making reservations for lunch! We only saw our server when she dropped off menus, gave order and brought the check. We were never offered any more drinks over the course of the meal other than our first glass of water. When we left the inside of the restaurant still had 20 tables open and no line of people waiting to get in. Not sure what the deal was... Better options with better service in my opinion...

Chopped salad contained no marcona almonds. Teriyaki quinoa bowl is a hit or miss depending on the chef.

Food was a miss. My wife and I both didn't enjoy the food much. We had the burger and the quinoa salad.
