I think this is a fine place. But maybe today was a off day?
They said we couldn't sit outside. Half the tables outside were available, and the inside was stuffy and loud. I travel a lot, I'm not trying to catch/spread COVID here, so I strongly requested we sit outside. Annoying but not the end of the world.
But outside, They messed up our order twice, forgot our utensils/napkins, and didn't bring any water and had to flag another server. My wife is vegetarian and said no meat, and look at that... A big chunk of sausage touching all of her food.
Sucks that I can't recommend this place for vegans/vegetarians. My food was pretty tasty. But the service really sucked.

I found it a very odd dining experience to be completely honest. The qr ordering is ok but unsatisfying relative to working with a server. And then the pacing of the food out of the kitchen was disturbingly quick. I felt rushed and stopped eating mid meal because my stomach became upset as I attempted to keep up with the meal components. My server was very friendly but I had little to no interaction with him so I wondered what exactly I was tipping for. I left him a slightly modified tip because of this. The front of house staff were indifferent at best and I'm being kind with that comment. The food was good enough (my medium salmon was certainly well done however) and I liked the idea of non inflammatory foods. But overall it under delivered relative to the promise online.

Customer service definitely needs more training. We weren't greeted nor were we even acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Then we weren't told how long the wait would be.
Nobody ever came to our table to serve us water or take our order. Fortunately we ordered via the menu link and we did get our beverages pretty quickly. Food did not take forever either and it was delicious! Our server never checked on us to see if we needed anything else. I understand places are sometimes short-staffed but this is no excuse for the major lack of communication. We felt very invisible. I'm grateful the food was good as it made up for it but if i come back I'll be ordering it to go.
FYI: They did not have an option to customize the salad i wanted to delete the spicy item and there was no room for comments on the order so i got the chicken avocado wrap instead. If we had received service, i would've gotten the item i really wanted. Someone did eventually come serve the table next to us (who sat down after us). :/

Great food and drinks when prepared properly. I ordered some drinks and the chicken parm panini. The drinks were very good, but the panini came out with absolutely nothing in it. Just chicken. No sauce cheese or any of the toppings it was advertised as having. So I had to wait awhile for the waiter to take it back and have them fix it. All around good food and drinks but some very very annoying mistakes on the food prep side.

This is a good place. Servicio amable. Buena variedad de ensaladas y cosas vegetarianas. El salmón no estaba grasoso, tampoco sus aderezos. El hummus podría traer menos aceite de oliva pero estaba rico. El sitio es lindo, sobre todo en la terraza cuando el clima lo permite. Sí volvería.

The ancient grain bowl was good the cilantro pumpkin seed pesto was a little salty for my taste the miso sesame sweet potatoes they were awesome my drink was the rose' sangria wasn't my type of sangria my waitress okay a lot cold so was the atmosphere

If you’re looking for a restaurant that can cater to food allergies/sensitivities, True Food Kitchen is a great restaurant to check out. They have a very nice menu selection as well as a great cocktail list. Everything on the menu is very seasonal and changes often. Our passion fruit margaritas were pretty good. We started with the edamame dumplings. The dumplings were sadly pretty soggy, not surprising since they were basically swimming in the sauce. The ancient grains bowl was so good I highly recommend it! The butternut squash pizza was absolutely delicious. The homemade vegan almond ricotta needs to be sold commercially. It was that good! The grass-fed steak tacos were decent. The service was so slow, the restaurant was pretty empty too. It unfortunately made it hard to appreciate the food. I’m not sure how soon I’ll be back, especially with how much we paid.

Not my kind of restaurant. I ordered grass fed beef hamburger and I enjoyed it. Everything is cooked fresh from your order. Restaurant was extremely loud and having polite conversation was hard to hear person next to you or across from you.

Limited, seasonal menu featuring an array of selections that satisfied our diverse party: vegan to meathead, kosher to gluten-free. Get the dumplings, they're great!

While not specifically to my taste, the service was great and the hummus was very good. I also particularly liked how the restaurant was setup and designed. If you're looking for particularly vegetarian options, this is a good place to hit.

Food was good, service was fairly slow. We waited about 40 minutes to pay, and since I was late for work because of that I had to leave cash on the table. Servers were nice however.

My rationale for three stars.
Food excellent
Customer service not so much. When you make an online reservation what you DO NOT become aware of is that you have no option to be seated indoors or outdoors. We made reservations. It’s about 100 degrees out and humid so no we did not want to sit outside. I’m addition to that there were lantern flies in the outdoor seating area.
We had to wait for a table to open. So the inconvenience was epic. The staff was useless when we asked if they could gauge when a take could become available. (The response was you can sit outside now). Unacceptable.
Amend the reservations option to allow for the customer to select indoor OR outdoor OR first available.
Train your staff on how to handle a customer flow.

Mediocre and very expensive. I ordered 2 miso soups and an order of edamame dumplings. Each soup was $7 and the dumplings were $11. The soup containers were half full maybe 6 ounces and there were about 5 or so edamame dumplings. So for $25 was not much of a meal. Dumplings and soup were ok — probably won’t go back.

Food was very good we ate at the bar. We got the Brussels sprouts, which had a lot of flavor and a little spice which I liked. The Cauliflower was delicious and I got to he teriyaki bowl with tofu good flavor and my wife got the grilled chicken and avocado wrap. The appetizers took a while to come out and the bartender took our orders and gave us the food but never came back to check on us. Another person at the bar wondered if she was clocked out. Another server maybe manager checked on us and the other person. He was friendly and since our original bartender never came back we had to ask someone else for the check. Overall I would go back probably not at the bar though.
