Jerry Kovar I found the Harley I was looking for on a Saturday. I debated back and forth and finally made my mind up that it was the right bike and the right time. I sent an inquiry email and within a few hours Mike Webb replied and the conversation began. One thing I really appreciate about American motorcycle trading Co. is their videos they do on their bikes they are selling. Not only do they show you the goods, but they also point out the bad’s of their bikes as well. Mike and I came to the conclusion that this was the right bike for me and I gave them a 500$ deposit over the phone to hold the bike since it was going to be a week before I could get in there. We filled out the online application, got approved, and made an appointment for the following Friday… Friday comes and we show up and they have the bike completely detailed sitting in front of the store with our name on it. I don’t know why, but this little touch was really Bad Ass.. It was like they are truly giving a crap about you as a customer. Mike met us and instantly offered up coffee, water, whatever we wanted. He instantly inquired about the trips we are planning and the places we wanted to go and visit. There was none of this “lets get the deal done” B.S. he INSTANTLY connected with us as a fellow rider and it seemed like that was all he was worried about. We literally spent the rest of the time talking about life, bikes, road trips, and good verse bad coffee. Yes at some point during that conversation we finalized the purchase and finished up in financing. It was 40 minutes total from the time that we showed up until we where out the door….. 40 minutes….. I had an hour and a half ride home. Going over the bike once I got home I realized the bike was in better shape then they advertised. The fluids had been changed and the oil looked fresh and clear. All the issues they pointed out I realllllly had to look for them…. For me the experience was 100% transparent and ZERO back and forth BS. I wish all transactions could be this simple, fun, and down to earth. I rarely give reviews on anything. I hate typing and trying to find the right words. Mike truly cared about us as customers and that is why I am here…. I hope you read this Mike… Thanks for the awesome experience… Jerry and Tiff..

Best buying experience I've ever had! No hassle and no haggling. I love how this shop post every little detail about they're bikes including price, vin #, mileage and a video that shows every little flaw on they're bikes.
