Just bought my first Harley heritage softail from G man at American Motorcycle Trading Company

So I have been trying to hunt down a gen 2 Hayabusa for months now with a budget, I've spent a lot of time searching for a good deal and I came across a posting from these guys that met my criteria. I shot a text over to Josh out here and he got back to me within 5 minutes with all of the information, pics, aftermarket parts info, and imperfections I would want to know about. I hit him up 3 or 4 times throughout the day with questions I had, he got back to me within 5 minutes every time and was polite and professional throughout the conversations. Since I'm an out of state buyer I let him know I'd be down there this weekend because I couldn't make it work with my schedule during the week. Josh let me know that I could reserve it til then because he knew the bike was hot and it was going to go quick, but I let him know I'd just wait to see if it was that good of a deal, haha it sold the next day. I'm still looking for my bike, but I was absolutely taken care of when I needed information or I had any other requests.

Josh Farmer was great. He was helpful and responded quickly to our inquires before we made the drive to the facility. We will definitely return to this location for future purchases.

This was the first time I have ever purchased a motorcycle online. At first I was a bit apprehensive but my salesman, Josh, was able to alleviate any doubt I may have had. From the time I found the bike, until delivery, Josh was able to answer all my questions quickly and accurately. I had been shopping for a Street Glide for a couple of months and had picked out a few that I was planning on seeing in person. Once I came across the 2011 Denim Black S.G., I knew I was done searching. The bike had everything I wanted except handle bars, it was extremely low mileage and in showroom condition. The transaction went off without a hitch and the bike was delivered to my front door. It's been 2 months since I received the bike and I'm still as happy as the day it showed up. The service I received during and after the sale has been outstanding and I will definitely purchase another bike from American Cycle Trading Co. when the time comes. Excellent service on the phone and in person. Personal welcome at the door, waiting for us to collect the bike. Bike was checked over, had a new battery installed at their cost, fresh oil and filter, checked tire pressure and a free tank of gas to get going. Bike was beyond expectation. Did their 32 point check on the bike, all paperwork sorted prior to collection. Reccommend working with Kdub, great guy, very helpful!

American Motorcycle Trading Company in Bedford Texas is one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever received from a motorcycle dealership. No hassle, no pressure, the salesman, Josh Farmer was great at my requests for special circumstances. I have not rode a motorcycle for over two decades. Most of the sale was done over the phone. Josh had to get approval to hold the bike I wanted for two weeks. It turns out to be the best Harley-Davidson for me. The mileage on my HD was only 58 miles!! It’s a 2016 White ( Yes White) 883 custom. I am very happy with my total experience with American Motorcycle Trading Co.
