Fantastic store well suited for 4wd guys and gal's also camping people. Finally a place in bankstown area to get kitted out. Still replacing stock from the Christmas sales. Impressive venue.

Good place to to get all camping equipment and tents. You will find variety of things related to camping from different brands. They are having good discount on Oztrail brand. Its the only shop in Punchbowl for tentworld.

Huge warehouse with lots of product inside. Not sure how long they have been there, but they keep coming up on my radar now as having good product at good prices. We might be back but they are a bit far from home for us, maybe I'll try them online.

Bought Oztrail shade dome deluxe. During trial use segment of long arch came loose, wire connector came apart. Jeez, I just wanted to see how this dome comes together, before I go camping for 2 weeks with it. The frame feels flimsy, I wonder how many more segments will fall off during 2 weeks camping, when I'll be staying at 3 different locations... Called the store ( on Saturday 8 Feb) and was told by a male staff "Bring it in and we'll assess the damage and find a solution". What he hasn't told me is that they would ask me to leave the shade dome at the store and wait for it to be repaired. I drove 1h 20 min one way, only to be told that nothing is going to be done right now, I just have to leave the shade dome and wait unknown number of days for issue to be dealt with. Well, I'm going camping on Friday 14 Feb and need that shade dome. I have told young lady at the counter that I'm going camping on Friday and asked if replacement part cloud be given to me now, to save me driving back home and coming back again another time. Remember, it's 1h 20 min drive one way. 2h 40 min drive for return trip. Nope, they could not do that. Alright. On Monday 10 Feb I rang the store again to find out how things are going, and to ask if I could get shade dome back on Thursday night. Male staff who answered the phone sounded irate and dismissive. No definite answer was given, apart from that he'd get back to me later. I made sure he has my name and phone number. I feel disappointed when I receive this kind of customer service. It's like they couldn't care less. Let's see how the story ends. This review can become 1 star. Or maybe 5 stars. Depends on Tentworld.

We would like to thank Matt from Tentworld, Punchbowl, who sorted out our warranty claim for a Tentworld twin self inflating mattress. If not for Matt, we would never return to Tentworld ever again in future. After struggling with the warranty process, and being told by another Tentworld team member that there was nothing wrong with our mattress, as well as not receiving a reply to an email to Tentworld customer service (even though they state that they reply within one business day), we finally came in contact with Matt who properly tested the mattress, discovered that it was leaking and replaced it. Thank you, Matt, for genuinely listening to our case, properly testing the faulty mattress and honouring the warranty claim. You deserve a 5 star review, but Tentworld as a whole - only 1 star.

They need to work on customer service!! Also, the website is never up to date. It lists items available in store, but when you go into the store, they don't have it. Staff seems quite disengaged and appear as if they don't care. Good product range, but staff definitely needs retraining!

The range is great competitive prices too, however I visited the Kawana store three times over the past two weeks, and while staff are very attentive and helpful, they’re actually giving misinformation about their products. Eg. No, table is not height adjustable (it is); no these tables all arrive with a scuff mark from packaging (really? Why not tell the supplier?); no , we have no stock left of that item (found it myself by looking further in the store). Do shop here, but don’t trust what you’re told by staff. Know what you want and don’t take their advice.

Tentworld is great Great prices and a has just about everything you need for camping. The problem with Tentworld is that they never have the item I am after in stock. You look online and it says in stoxk or some times, low stock so you travel there only to find there is no stock. Everytime I have gone there, I have walked out with either something else I saw or empty handed. Calling does not help either as you get a call centre and not the store.

There are plenty of options to choose from.. Customer.service is what let down here.. Being a novice would appreciate any help and guidance in resolving queries. Instead of just give a 1 line answer and run away .. If you have already decided on what tent you are buying and just there it pick it up .. great place ...

My wife bought an rv5 plus, great tent but would be nice if they ran her through the setup process, the level of customer service in retail has dropped somewhat to a sub standard level these days
