Very happy with the service but on top of that you use a courier service that actually delivers to the front door. I live in a townhouse that fronts on to a park. Most couriers, including Australia post, are too lazy to work it out despite clear instructions. It's actually not that hard but so frustrating as I end up having to hunt the package down! Thanks, heaps, Tentworld. I got my order quickly, the communication from both you and the courier was excellent and you've got yourself a return customer.

Having found no camping equipment the caravan & camping show last w/end, we decided to hit the local stores for a tent, camp beds, mattresses and a few other bits we needed.
We had a good idea of what we wanted, and when we were approached by Trevor, we told him what we were after. He showed us the products we were interested in, and when one of them didn't meet our needs he suggested several alternatives within our budget, and a couple more that were a little more than we wanted to spend, but were better quality and were more suitable to our needs.
There was no hard sell, he just presented us with a range of options, answered all our questions and supplied some personal opinions on the products he and other staff used and recommended.
We ended up with combination of what we originally wanted, and what Trevor recommended that fitted our requirements, and all within our budget.
Having looked round the store and seen the range, as well as comparing prices with other local stores, I'd certainly have no hesitation in using Tentworld again or recommending it to others.

We have been to so many camping stores and this one out weighs the others big time! It was well worth the drive. Tentworld have the best selection of products and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Aussie Matt did all our shopping with us and gave great advice. Kiwi Matt was fun to chat too as well. The manager and staff at Tentworld in Punchbowl have been extremely helpful whenever I have visited their store. I have purchased several camping items from them, and the quality has been excellent. They were also very helpful and generous with their time when I had an issue with one item that I purchased and that was damaged during a storm. I will go to Tentworld whenever I need any other outdoor gear. I am grateful for their professionalism.

We've been shopping online from Tentworld for a long time, their supply chain and C/S is second to none. So...we were excited to see the new Sydney store but not sure what to expect. IT HAS EVERYTHING ! it blows all other camping stores out of the water. It is what is says TENTING/CAMPING. If you want a fishing rod or a canoe then seek elsewhere. If you want to see 10 varieties of tent pegs, 15 varieties of camping cups then Tentworlds your place. They have a huge variety of tents set up ! Very friendly knowledgable staff.
