I shopped at Tentworld Punchbowl today for an Oztrail Gazebo Deluxe and was very happy with their prompt and helpful service. I turn 70 this year, I was disappointed that they didn't have a trolley to help me get my purchase to the car. They went one better though and carried it to the car for me. All round a very pleasant shopping experience.

Walked into tent world not knowing exactly what we were needing we were approached quickly by Nancy, well what a score her service and knowledge was amazing she turned herself inside out and almost upside down with how to dismantle the black hole pop up tent what a job it was made look so easy then she taught my hubby wubby the technique to put that black hole back into the bag ..awesome service Nancy and all done with a huge smile and laugh we then left the store not buying anything as we wanted to see what else was around. Whilst walking around we decided that everything that we wanted was at Tent world with Nancy so back we went and almost bought the shop out.
Big thank you Nancy u made our day and drained our credit card but we have everything we wanted and so much fun.
We will be back.

Amazing range of products in store. Excellent customer service. Samuel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the girl behind the counter (didn’t get her name) was awesome!! Don’t have this good an experience too often in stores anymore, but felt like the staff here were friendly, knew what they were talking about and just fantastic. I’ll be back!

The Tent World staff were great. I recently had to replace alot of gear due to theft at my semi-permanent campsite, they assisted in puting together a bundle of the most practical but affordable new tools/equipment. Excellent customer service.

Came in today during Boxing Day Sales, Alana’s customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Helped us from tents to table and chairs etc. Generally cared about what we needed and took the time to actually talk to us about each product!

Went to buy new camp chairs and selected style, but were out of stock at store. Staff checked warehouse and advised in stock, so suggested purchasing on line. Did that and chairs arrived about 4 days later. Staff were very helpful and their suggestion worked brilliantly. Very happy both with chairs and service.

Great customer service. Baught a Coleman northstar 6 darkroom tent which we are very happy with.
The guy shared good knowledge and gave good advice on tents, camping accessories and necessities. He knew I was a newbie to camping in the first minute.

Make this your first stop for camping. AMAZING customer service. A team member took the time to locate a special order replacement compression bag for a sleeping bag I bought. Knowing full well there would be zero profit for them. I bought heaps of stuff for a recent trip. It all arrived very quickly, well packed and the products all quality. Prices are always excellent too.
