Fantastic customer service. Purchased a stove approx 3 years ago and I had an issue with the gas connection/regulator. Spoke to the manufacturer who asked me to take it back to the place of purchase. Popped into Tentworld on a Saturday; the staff were very helpful and acknowledged the problem. After confirmation by the manufacturer's rep that the fault was covered by warranty, I was provided with a brand new stove the following day. Absolute awesome dealing with you guys at Punchbowl - thanks for sorting for me.

Had an issue with an OzTrail product I bought online through Tentworld. And the worst customer experience when I approached the OzTrail manufacturer. Thankfully Tentworld have a top class, solution focussed Customer Service Team who listened and went out of their way to provide me with a solution. Well done thanks team.

I wanted to share with you an excellent I’ve had with Tracey from your online Customer Support Team.
I recently bought a Darche Dusk to Dawn swag for my son through Tentworld. The swag arrived but had a small hole in the base. I contacted the online team and corresponded with Tracey. She arranged for a replacement skin to be sent out by Darche. It arrived in very fast time.
When the skin arrived we set up the swag to season it. After seasoning and upon pack up, a pole snapped.
I contacted Tracey again and within a day she had contacted Darche and arranged for replacement pole to be sent under warranty.
Both my experiences with Tracey have been excellent. She is very responsive and understanding. She didn’t delay in taking actions to remedy the issues I was facing and kept me informed in a very timely fashion. This is what customer service should be.
She is a credit to your business and has really offered a first class customer experience. I am very impressed.
You have a customer for life!

Offers a wide range of variety for your camping needs. Brands like Darche, Coleman,blackwolf, winerwell and more are available here. They also offer price matching which is pretty good as I can get some stuff on a lower price. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Always great customer service. I chose what i want online b4 I get there. Pick it my self in-store and the bits I can't find they help me with. Cos online is good but in-store you might find something better for you and your needs. Just go in-store it's the best. Be back Thursday aeropress. Jaffle iron. Kettle that can go on a fire. Tentworld Midland have always provided excellent service and advice. Our last experience was exceptional. We purchased a rooftop tent that we subsequently realised would not meet our needs. The staff at Tent
world allowed us to return the tent and went out of their way to organise a refund. Tentworld Midland is definitely our first choice camping store.

Very happy with the service but on top of that you use a courier service that actually delivers to the front door. I live in a townhouse that fronts on to a park. Most couriers, including Australia post, are too lazy to work it out despite clear instructions. It's actually not that hard but so frustrating as I end up having to hunt the package down! Thanks, heaps, Tentworld. I got my order quickly, the communication from both you and the courier was excellent and you've got yourself a return customer.

Having found no camping equipment the caravan & camping show last w/end, we decided to hit the local stores for a tent, camp beds, mattresses and a few other bits we needed.
We had a good idea of what we wanted, and when we were approached by Trevor, we told him what we were after. He showed us the products we were interested in, and when one of them didn't meet our needs he suggested several alternatives within our budget, and a couple more that were a little more than we wanted to spend, but were better quality and were more suitable to our needs.
There was no hard sell, he just presented us with a range of options, answered all our questions and supplied some personal opinions on the products he and other staff used and recommended.
We ended up with combination of what we originally wanted, and what Trevor recommended that fitted our requirements, and all within our budget.
Having looked round the store and seen the range, as well as comparing prices with other local stores, I'd certainly have no hesitation in using Tentworld again or recommending it to others.
