On visiting the surgery on 3 occasions, the visits were for vaccines. 2 male vets hardly spoke with no health body checks done . On asking for my pups flea treatment i felt it was pushed under the carpet. Every where else; pets at home and pdsa are happy to carry out such meanial tasks. This new addington group are just in it for cash , not for pets. I worry my pets health was compromised

I switched to Goddards on a recommendation and have been very happy. Marie in particular is amazing and has helped me both times that I have been in. She is really knowledgeable and really friendly and clearly cares a lot about customers and their pets. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this vets.

Registered my dog for her yearly check up & jabs. Really pleased with the whole experience. The receptionist was very friendly & the Vet was a joy. She was very gentle with a very nervous dog & put us at ease. Took her time with us & was very thorough. Definitely pleased we moved here as our dog is getting on in years & needs to be loved by all.

Love friendly staff works with cats protection and great service. They love and look after every animal very well, treat them as their own and Helen is a fantastic help
