Most impressed with the attitude, service and treatment. I have not hesitation in recommending Goddard to anyone who asks.
Friendly staff, who listened to my concerns and prepared to go out of their way to fit my little one in as an urgent case.
Signing up for the proactive pet care plan saved me from what would have been a significant bill. The benefits of the plan, mean that I don’t have to worry about wether I can afford the cost of having a pet.

I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington.
This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count!
Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. I would not hesitate for anyone to choose this vet to look after their pets.

Always a pleasure, receptionists are lovely and very helpful. Met a new lady vet today my cat Sulie was relaxed and calm with her (not her normal loud, aggressive self) highly recommend from us both ♀️

How are you allowed to book an appointment on line when they aren't even open and get a confirmation text to remind you of your appointment. Took my cat all the way up there and they were closed. Apart from that they are ok.

Took my cat Lou in to have an in growing claw cut, staff are very welcoming. It's only a small practice which is clean, the claw was sorted very quickly and a couple of others clipped too. Very reasonable price, Lou is back home and seems happy with the sorted out paw.

I had an emergency need for a vet and my vet has sadly retired.
I used to be registered at Goddard (previously Astons), then I moved out of the area so I found a vet closer to home.
Goddard got me booked n the same day within the hour and they were so friendly and helpful. They sorted my cats issue. They charged a very fair price for an emergency, much cheaper than another vet I called.
I would highly recommend this practice, thank you for your care and treatment of our little Mia ☺️
