The vets and receptionists are brilliant at Goddards. They are always friendly and helpful. Thank you to Liz who helped me many times. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

I moved into the area and the cat was ill so I tried this practice. They said they'd ring back with the cat's test results within the hour. I had to call the next day because the vet forgot. I then made an appointment for some more tests. A week later I get a voicemail saying that they don't have a vet on the day of the appointment so they've moved it to the next day. I'm away that day so I thought I'd call to rearrange. The first 2 times I waited so long I got bored and hung up. I then rang my old vet who answered within 3 rings and booked it in with them instead. They are just generally unreliable.

Booked an appiontment yesterday and was seen today, staff were very proffessional and explained everything we needed to know about our pets symptoms and what possible outcomes would be and how they will move forward . Been useing this surgery for many years and would reccomend it to anyone who wants there pets cared for.
