Ben was on time and called before he arrived. Completed all jobs in a timely manner, and had already installed the wrong colour fan- (not his fault, the light shop gave him the wrong one) before I saw it. He cheerfully took it down and we got the right fan and he installed it. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Maria on reception is fabulous, and all communications are excellent. Thank you

Highly recommend ‘Frazer’ from Response Electricians - excellent customer service and technical knowledge.
Frazer came out to look at an ongoing electrical problem for me and solved it very quickly , giving me all the information and prices up front so I could make an informed decision. Also did a Health check on our current electrical set up and made some very good safety suggestions which we upgraded.
