Kieran from responsive was incredibly quick to respond to our problem on a public holiday the day after Boxing Day. We had no power and the temperature was 40°C. We had a burnt out main switch. Karen came and with no fuss fixed up our problem within a very short time and the emergency call out fee was extremely reasonable given the circumstances and it being a public holiday.
I had tried five other 24/7 Emergency Electrical services and not one of them was available Until I called Responsive electrical. I will be calling them for other electrical work in the future. Thank you very much for making our evening much more comfortable on a very hot day

I have used Response a couple of times now. 1st time I called on a Saturday morning and Jon was here almost immediately. He diagnosed the fault and rectified it in under an hour.
Due to this result I has Response remove and replace 1 air conditioner and do a fresh install on another one. Once again it was Jon that attended, this time Mack was there to help with the job.
The service was impeccable again, the guys were extremely polite and professional.
I have no hesitation in recommending Response for any of your electrical needs or wants.

A huge shout to all the team at Responce Electricians. Had Westernpower cut our electric into our house at 12pm on Wednesday with no warning. I rang several electricians and of course so close to Christmas couldn't help at all. So was at our whits end. Then rang Mark at Responce Electricians at 3pm he said someone would call asap. Received a call from Marie within minutes and was very helpful, said she could get someone over by 5.30pm that day to see what they could do to help. John rocked up by 4.40pm which I was so thankful for as by this time very stressed out with a fridge and freezer full of Christmas food etc. John got the parts ordered ready for Thursday morning. In came Josh and Mack to save the day, these 2 young men are very professional, respectful and hard working and got the job done. So from my 83 year old mother and myself we would like to thank Responce for being an amazing company that shifted their very busy schedule around to help us out, we cant thank them enough. We will recommend Responce Electricians to everyone we know and will be using them for all our own electrical needs.
