I had contacted the company in June to have our double chimney cleaned and inspected. We knew we had a seriously blocked chimney liner which was confirmed by the video inspection. After the first chimney was cleaned and we discussed the second we received an estimate for the work that would be required. We set a date and the men doing the work arrived and proceeded to perform the job. It was grueling, the old liner was a mess but they worked at the job additional days until it was completely and perfectly complete. We are not only satisfied but recommend this company highly. They were considerate in keeping all areas clean of soot and dust, removed all debris from the old liner, and were professional and courteous.

This was by far one of the best experiences we have had with a company. Tammy was great to work with when scheduling the appointment, and answered every question we had without hesitation. Cory showed up on time, and called us when he was on the way. He did a very thorough job, and explained everything to us that he did. Couldn't be more satisfied. Got a real live person on the phone immediately when I called; got a call back within the hour to say when they'd be able to come the next day, and they were here right on time. Two personable and professional young men listened to my story and went right to work. No attempt to sell me anything 'extra,' they just inspected the entire chimney, fixed what needed to be, cleaned up better than they found things, and all at a most reasonable price. I recommend without any reservations!

We had lightning bust our chimney up. It was a major job and CSS came out, gave us a very fair estimate, did detailed research on the problem with photos. Then they were out in 2 weeks of calling. When it came time to repair/reconstruct the chimney, it was a 3 day job, but because of possible weather on the 3rd day, they sent out 2 extra guys and got the job completed and cleaned up in 2 days and didnt charge us a penny more. (Plus the clean up job was immaculate) Well done. Highly (x2) recommend them.

Not only were they on time and communicative, all of my encounters were, simply put, fun. With one minor exception, their work was excellent and on target. For the most part they called me and kept me informed. I did not have to chase them. I am well pleased with their replacement of a cockeyed and rusted chimney with a new stainless steel chimney with Hardie plank surround painted to match my recently painted siding. I wish I had done this work years ago. A significant effort was their coming earlier than scheduled to be ahead of forecast rains. I recommend Chimney Savers without reservation.

Excellent Service. Chimney Saver Solutions just completed an extensive chimney repair job on our house this summer. From beginning to end, they were professional, on time and very willing to take the time to explain the project. The large project included extensive exterior masonry repair, damper installation, and relining a chimney.

I'll preface this review with the fact that I'm still in the process of ironing things out with insurance and have yet to hire anyone to complete the work. That said, Chimney Saver Solutions made such a great impression when they came out to do an estimate that I wanted to write a review. I had already had several competitors come through to write up estimates, and Chimney Saver Solutions' inspection was much more thorough. Even though putting a camera up a chimney is much more time consuming than dropping one down, Garret and Jake took the time to do it as the chimney cap didn't allow easier access. Their competitors didn't . Garret and Jake were very mindful of leaving my house in the same condition they found it. They answered my questions, anticipated questions I didn't know to ask, and explained everything thoroughly. I peered over Garret's shoulder to see the inside of the chimney on his iPad, and made a general pest of myself. Through that, Garret was a complete professional. One small detail that made an impression on me was that every time Garret or Jake walked through my back door, they both wiped their feet on the outdoor mat and the indoor rug. Now no one would ever accuse me of keeping an immaculate house, but Garret and Jake both treated my house as if it were their own.

Was interested in an estimate for putting in a chimney liner and closing up an unused flue. Chimney Savers provided a more cost effective solution than prior estimates. They were prompt throughout the process from estimate to completion.

My experience with Chimney Savers was excellent. They removed & replaced three of my four 8' chimneys after a terrible storm. The quality of work they did is beautiful, they matched my existing chimney and worked with my roofers to keep my house safe throughout the process. They worked hard to get the project done as quickly as possible. Very kind and accommodating team. Highly recommend!

We had what we thought was a roof leak off for a couple of years. It only leaked when there was heavy rain for a long period of time, but was getting worse. Several roofers had come and looked at it with no solutions. One of them suggested I call a chimney specialist, as it had begun leaking into the fireplace. I contacted Chimney Saver Solutions. After the initial assessment from one of the technicians, Reid called me. He had looked at all the photos taken by the technician. He discussed the problem at length with me and explained all the interventions they were recommending and why. He really listened to my questions and made sure I understood everything. We agreed to let them do the work. That was back in February. I am so pleased to say we have had NO leaking, even with all the rain we had in June. I highly recommend Chimney Saver Solutions without any reservation.

CSS, fantastic company to work with! Great at communication and holding your hand when you have an overwhelming project going on. The staff is just amazing; friendly, courteous, and so professional. The work was completed in the time that was agreed upon and the clean up was as if they were never there. We will use them again for routine maintenance in the future. I had a great experience with Chimney Saver Solutions. They provided me with exceptional customer service during a time when our chimney was leaking like a sieve (seriously...just pouring water). It was a nightmare...but, they were able to fix our especially challenging chimney with dependability and craftsmanship. They truly went above and beyond.

Chimney Saver Solutions did great work. I shopped around and they gave me the most competitive bid. Their staff was courteous and professional. They did the work promptly, they accommodated my schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what they said they would do. They replaced the masonry of my decrepit chimney and now it is as good as new. I will definitely be coming back to them for future needs and would easily refer them to a friend.
