Chimney Savers was professional, they were on time, called when they were on their way and completed the job in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves and they showed me before pictures and after pictures once the job was completed. Great service with excellent communication & professional workmanship from start to finish. We had our fireplace converted from gas to wood burning this fall. They fully inspected, cleaned, repaired and improved our flue & chimney. We have loved our oak wood burning fires very much since.

Lined appliance chimney flue to safely vent natural gas boiler and hot water heater. Also installed a rain cap for protection. The job was done in a day and workers were great.

When I called Chimney Saver Solutions to inspect our chimney before we got a new oil boiler, I didn't even know that there were two separate flues and that the one for the boiler was dangerously damaged! When I called them, I got an immediate appointment, the inspector came out and was so friendly and professional, took the time to explain the chimney to me and showed me photos and camera footage of the inside so that I didn't have to just take his word. My insurance adjuster didn't want to pay for the work, but the inspector from Chimney Saver Solutions communicated with them on my behalf and showed them why it was indeed covered by homeowner's insurance. Everything went smoothly and according to schedule, and my new chimney sleeve has a lifetime warranty. My family is safer, and I know that if we ever need chimney services again, we have a company to call that we can 100% trust.

Chimney Saver Solutions repaired two chimneys in need of repair. Because of the unusual sizes of the flus and chimneys, they had to fabricate liner equipment and chimney caps. Communications were excellent, and site was left in condition as it was when they came. Thank you.

Excellent and professional

I called about 15 contractors to repoint/repair/rebuild the chimneys on my 1920 home. I had contractor after contractor come out to look and never call me back. It was a big job with an old, steep roof and no easy way to access the chimneys. I contacted Chimney Saver Solutions and from the moment I first spoke with them until the job was done they were an absolute dream to work with. I honestly can’t say enough about this company. They showed up right on time each time they came out, they cleaned up before they left each day, and everyone was always very professional and friendly. We have had several inspections following flue relinings--the furnace and the fireplace, and before those, a chimney rebuild with application of water-resistant (not waterproof) substance. Older homes eventually need this. Their personnel are pleasant, competent, efficient, thorough and just the kind of people you want to do your job.

Chimney Saver Solutions did some work in the the spring of 2019 at my house. A year later, there were some questions about the flashing work done - Chimney Saver Solutions promptly answered my questions and came out same day to check the work! There was some additional work to be done which was done right away. I really appreciate a company that stands by their work. They were very professional and great to work with. Excellent work! While I was happy that Chimney Saver Solutions came in at a lower estimate than other chimney companies, I was most pleased with their professionalism. They showed me before and after photos of the chimney work. They explained the chimney problems in an understandable way--they didn't try to unnecessarily alarm me or try to do unneeded repairs. I also appreciated that they worked diligently until the project was completed instead of making several trips. I can finally use the fireplace without worry!
