Holli of SamIvy is truly an angel! She is so knowledgeable and patient, and an awesome expert dog trainer as well.
When we got our 2 month old rottie pup, we decided that getting him & the family properly trained with the experts would do us all some good. Our pup took to the commands quickly week after week, and did so well. I am truly impressed.
I highly recommend Holli at SamIvy for all your dog training needs.
Also, our pup is so freakin adorable! I had to add pics of him receiving his favorite belly rubs from his cousins (see attached).

My rambunctious little terrier pound puppy really needed to learn some control over his behaviors, and my training with SamIvy was great. Virtual training was a very convenient option for me, they provide the collars, leash, and tripod for the video setup, and my trainer, Gina, was awesome.
He’s learned skills that frankly I thought would be impossible (like Spot training - so useful!) and has improved on many of the destructive puppy things that puppies do.
They say you’re not really training the dog, you’re training the human, and I feel like I now know how to continue with things that still need some work or to address anything new that arises. And I can still message Gina anytime. Plus, training was a lot of fun!

Hello my name is Adrienne and I have 3 female dogs. Each one with their own personality and were a challenge. First let me start off by saying that when I first had a video call with Sam I was sold after 10 minutes.
All my dogs were adopted.
My dogs had prior training where they went away for 2 weeks. That was a waste of money.
Now Gina the dog trainer who trained me so I could train my dog was fabulous. Each session we worked with each dog. After the first session I saw a difference. Jackie no longer uses wee wee pads. She is 14. She is a Chihuahua Jack Russle mix.
Buffy the first dog had issues listening.
Lexi loved to roll when I would walk her.
They each had a few more issues.
I was trained so I could train my girls.
Everyday sticking to the training them . For example spot- having them sit and stay until I said “ok”.
Letting them know it’s ok now to walk outside after I gave the command to go.
Reminding them that no means no. Sometimes I had to put them in the cage and they learned that that’s where they go when they didn’t listen.
Both people and dogs are not perfect sometimes they might act up but again going back to repetition and consistency.
