Gina is wonderful. Sage is a 3-year-old Malinois-Boxer mix who had a rough start in life. Born to protect her humans and property, Sage would go ballistic when the doorbell rang. She would not let anyone in the house. With Gina’s help, Sage is now crate-trained and desensitized to the doorbell. I can welcome guests without fear of not knowing when Sage would lunge at them. Sage would pull me down the street during our walks. Thanks to Gina’s help with the training collar and the pronged collar, I am now in charge of how fast or slow we walk, and Sage obeys the commands that Gina outlined for us. Sage and I now have clear communication, and walking is a pleasure not a chore. Gina is very patient, positive, and supportive. I was hesitant about taking training classes using Zoom, but I must admit that it worked beautifully.
