I was paired with Holli as my trainer and can I just say WOW!!! She has completely reshaped my home in a matter of weeks. I noticed a difference with my boys instantly. I have a pit bull and a Belgian malinios who were reactive to each other, and even to men. They had absolutely no leash manners, I struggled every day doing simple tasks with them. They couldn’t even be on opposite sides of doors without reacting to each other. My dogs are able to coexist in the same room in their designated spots no issues, I’m able to walk them without reactivity to men, and we are even working on service dog training. Holli is by far the best trainer we could have gotten and I will recommend her through and through to anyone that asks. She is down to earth, understanding, blunt, and will hold YOU, and your dogs accountable when needed. I swear by samivy and I swear by Holli !! ❤️

Gina (trainer at Sam Ivy) is the absolute best & has made our lives so much less stressful with her guidance and support in re-training our dachshund, Duke. He had serious aggression issues and worked his way through 3 other trainers with little behavioral change. The Sam Ivy method took a time and energy commitment, and was so worth it. Duke is much less reactive and aggressive toward others- so much so, we were able to have him at our wedding (even taking some pics off leash!). We can walk him without being fearful of when he will go after an adult, kid, or other dog. Cannot speak highly enough of Gina & Sam Ivy!

We loved loved working alongside Maribel with our two dogs, Mazy and Murphy. We were struggling a lot with resource guarding and aggression that ended in several dog fights and vet visits. We also experience a lot of reactivity towards to other dogs, pulling on the leash when we went for walks, and some destructive behavior as well. We went through two months of virtual training with Maribel and we could tell a difference within the first few sessions. A lot of it was keeping ourselves in check and understanding that this structure, although strict, was in the best interest of the dogs. The training gave them confidence in themselves but it also gave us the confidence to lead them as the alpha of the house. Going on walks isn’t a chore. We have the tools to prevent reactivity. We haven’t had a dog fight. We plan to keep up with our training and eventually do a second round of training with Maribel to take these skills to the next level. Thank you Maribel! We couldn’t have done it without you.

To put it plainly I would have given up my dog and it would have been one of the most regrettable decisions of my life. My trainer Nate with Sam ivy saved not only my dog but helped make my family whole and in turn the relationship that I've been able to build with my dog has made me whole.
