Our trainer, Gina, is wonderful. She is always on time and available to answer all of our questions anytime. I admit, I was hesitant about a completely virtual training program, but it has been amazing. This program is a lot of work for both the dog and the human, so if you’re not willing to put in the work and understand that training is everyday, then this may not be for you. There are many nights my puppy and I are in bed by 7:00pm because of the mental stamina required with this training. I have learned how to set boundaries and enforce them and my puppy has become more confident and relaxed now that he knows who is in charge. I am so glad I found Sam Ivy. He has brought serenity in our home with my five month old lab who was a wild child prior to starting training.

We were extremely satisfied with our trainer Thuylinh for helping us train our new puppy who began the course at 4 months as well as some refresh for our 5 yr old dog. Within a couple months we had the puppy listening to many commands, staying on spot, and even walking outdoor, off leash. We would highly recommend her for your dog’s training.

What can I say - SamIvy with the aid of our trainer Gina allowed for our family to keep a rescue dog and allow there to be peace and harmony in our family with 3 dogs. Each dog had its own issues - two smaller dogs - one 11 yrs, one 5 yrs with insecurities and anxiety and a 11 month old rescue border collie who is an epileptic and puppy! Our house was crazy and Gina helped us manage all three personalities and we have even moved onto advanced off leash training - all via zoom session! We could not have been more pleased with our experience with SamIvy and Gina! They have provided us with the tools and insight and skill set to adapt to issues that exists as well as address new problems and work through them. Beyond blessed to be able to keep our new border collier rescue and while meeting the needs of the smaller older dogs!
