Sam Ivy K-9 Consultants offers excellent dog training services. I have a Doberman we started off leash training when he was 3-4 months old. From the initial consultation to the final training session I have nothing but positive things to say. Our trainer was Alexis, she was extremely knowledgeable and always had answers to any questions we had. We also had a 2 year old and Alexis was always understanding and helpful performing the training with a toddler around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to get excellent dog training.

Before training, I was unable to walk my 4 year old german shepherd on leash because of her pulling and running. After training with Miguel, I can now walk my dog off leash and she responds to commands. I cannot thank Miguel and Sam Ivy enough. Miguel knew how to reign my dog in, and did so with compassion and understanding. They are true professionals and get results...simply the BEST!!!!

We would like to share a great experience we had with Joel Frawley at Sam Ivy trainers. He was wonderful with our English Bulldog, Tank. He helped us to understand and apply a process that turned every bad behavior around for our pup. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We just finished the on leash intermediate training and are very pleased. We are a family of 6 with 4 children under 11. It was important, after we rescued Karly that she was able to fit into our family and lifestyle. Madina came in and taught us everything we needed to know about having a well behaved, well mannered dog. Madinas' knowledge of dogs and their behaviour surpasses her years. She is a fantastic trainer and a wonderful person. Its lovely to see someone who found their calling. The kids adored her too. We are sorry to hear she's leaving the Tampa area but know she will spread her knowledge and love of dogs wherever she lands. Thanks Sam Ivy!
