Joel was amazing! We just bought a golden doodle puppy and wanted him trained so we can take him with us wherever we go. The training was very effective at getting him to stop mouthing (biting my fingers) and getting him to listen and respond to commands. I would highly recommend this company. Joel was friendly and listened to what we wanted to work on each week. A real pleasure to work with!

What an amazing team of professionals. I was very uncertain about the training tools used when I sat down with Sam for our initial consultation for my new rescue puppy who was running a bit crazy and I was in fear he might harm my cats, as well as some other behavioral concerns . Like most people, I viewed some of the tools as cruel/punishing. However, after Sam explained and educated me further, I understood that what I have had an opinion on, may not be correct. I hired them... and in stepped our trainer Miguel. First off, Miguel has a very professional, relaxed yet authoritative manner. Not only did my dog connect with Miguel, my whole household did. My puppy made a turn around after the first session. While the collars I initially hated were all there, I found that my dog didn't even need them as he understood the commands and these are there for preventative measures, not to punish him in any way. I also learned, that my dog knew what he was supposed to do all along, and it was me that needed the training more then him. The lessons my whole family learned along this process were life changing. We saw immediate changes and shifts in behaviors as our household came together. We ended up going all the way with our dog and training him to be a service dog. We trained in supermarkets, the airport and various places that were so exciting and challenging for our pup who just embraced the whole process. By the end of our training, my cats had also learned some of the commands just from observing. I can not express my thankfulness enough to Sam Ivy for convincing me during our long conversation which he didn't hesitate to spend with me, and ultimately bringing me Miguel. If you are uncertain, take it from me, this is the right team. You want someone to train you to handle your dog and the most rewarding part....the bond you will create with your dog is deeper then you can even fathom once you complete.

After being told by multiple people that my 8 month old Pitbull should be euthanized and that there wasn’t a way to fix her aggression. I came across Sam Ivy and I could honestly say this training saved my dogs life and made mine way easier. My trainer Blas did a great job fixing my dogs aggression and overall behavior. Before this training I wasn’t allowed to go on car rides with my dog, have people over, take her to parks, get near her while she had a chew bone, get near her food. With the help of Blas all of these things were fixed. My dog no longer shows signs of aggression towards guests, or strangers out on walks and public places, no longer digs holes outside in the backyard, or demonstrates food aggression. I felt skeptical about this in the beginning but I could honestly say everything was all worth it. This training was my last hope, and I couldn’t be any happier about the fact that I won’t ever have to be in a situation where my dog would have to be given away.
