After being told by multiple people that my 8 month old Pitbull should be euthanized and that there wasn’t a way to fix her aggression. I came across Sam Ivy and I could honestly say this training saved my dogs life and made mine way easier. My trainer Blas did a great job fixing my dogs aggression and overall behavior. Before this training I wasn’t allowed to go on car rides with my dog, have people over, take her to parks, get near her while she had a chew bone, get near her food. With the help of Blas all of these things were fixed. My dog no longer shows signs of aggression towards guests, or strangers out on walks and public places, no longer digs holes outside in the backyard, or demonstrates food aggression. I felt skeptical about this in the beginning but I could honestly say everything was all worth it. This training was my last hope, and I couldn’t be any happier about the fact that I won’t ever have to be in a situation where my dog would have to be given away.

I have a 4 year-old boxer that weighs 90 lbs (I weigh 120 lbs) that I never thought I would gain control over. Dizzy is stubborn and NEVER listened to me. He would growl and bark at every truck, person, and animal that would walk by the window. I barely ever considered taking him for walks because it was honestly embarrassing how much he pulled me around. And worst of all, I stressed about and avoided having people over to my house because I couldn't predict if he was going to try to bite their head off or just lick them to death.
Finding Sam Ivy was seriously a life saver. They understood exactly what I was going through from the consultation. Then they sent Miguel to me, who was awesome! He was very helpful and easy to work with. He showed me all the tools and tricks for intermediate on leash training!
Dizzy now listens to me, does not growl or bark at the window when I am home, having people over is not an issue, and he NEVER even tries to pull me on the leash, no matter what or who is there to distract him !!! Cannot recommend Sam Ivy enough!

I had my 2 year old black lab Maxy put into the Sam Ivy advanced on leash program. Maxy was a crazy dog needless to say. She was extremely over hyper, disobedient, and many days I had a very difficult time handling her. Sam Ivy was an amazing experience for both myself and Maxy. The process for my dog was completely transforming because they get to the root of the obedience and behavioral issues. It’s truly a one on one program with techniques that work and get you results! We ended up extending our training program to intermediate off-leash and I am now able to do things with Maxy (go to parks, dog beach, and other public places) that I would have never imagined doing before. Her trainer Jackie was amazing to work with and taught me so much about Maxy that I never knew. If you have a dog with behavioral or obedience issues that are frustrating and you think there may be no solution, then your like me, and your answer is SAM IVY. I am so thankful for them and their amazing dog training program!!!!

Fantastic training program. Gina was our trainer and was absolutely exceptional. I couldn’t recommend her more. She will cater the program to suit our goals and needs - and will work with you until they are accomplished! 5 stars!!!
