I decided to get dog training with my two miniature schnauzers. One is 10 years old and one is 3. I was having difficulty with barking (more like screaming), pulling on the leash, jumping on guests, and going crazy when they saw another dog. I am so happy I found Sam Ivy K9 consultants, and very happy with our amazing trainer Antonio. He was very patient, flexible, knowledgeable, and helped with all the problems I was having. I saw changes within the first couple weeks. This program gives you the tools and support to tackle any behavior problems you might have. I was hesitant at first as I was a poor graduate student and it sounded a bit pricey to me, however I can say 100% it is worth the money! This program definitely works -even helped with a stubborn 10 year old dog- and I feel supported by my trainer and all of the amazing staff, even if I were to have problems that come up in the future. I am now excited and more comfortable to take my dogs with me to activities and don’t find myself embarrassed of their excessive barks. And now I am confident and motivated to continue to be consistent in my training from now on! Thank you so much Antonio and Sam Ivy K9 consultants, I am so happy to have well behaved dogs, it’s a huge relief.

Jackie is great! She was super helpful & always available to answer any questions I had. My dogs aren’t where I want them to be yet, but she has given me the tools I need to get them there. I have noticed improvements in their behaviors in a short time & know that with persistence, I will be able to correct these unwanted issues. When I go to the next level of training, I will be using Jackie’s services again.

My husband and I adopted a puppy, Loki, from a shelter in May of 2018. He seemed very timid at first but very sweet. Over the next 6 months, however, he became a little terror. Anything in sight would be stolen and/or swallowed. He also showed a lot of aggression toward people and pets that he didn't know and was extremely territorial over his food. In November 2018 we found out we are expecting a little boy due this July so we knew something had to change or we would have to give up Loki. Sam Ivy saved us all!! He now listens, obeys, and is a joy to have. We can't thank Sam Ivy enough! Our trainer Alexis was able to identify why Loki acted the way he did and how we can effectively train him to be the good boy we knew he could be.
Highly recommend Sam Ivy and Alexis! I wish we would have found them sooner!
