I can’t express how how grateful I am with this company. Best investment of my life. My Labrador was a hot mess with no kind of obedience what’s so ever. He would wake me up barking every hour I was ready to give him away. My trainer Jewelle is excellent! She worked with my schedule, she is very professional and patient. In less that a week of training, my Labrador was a different dog! He now listens and follow commands and he was able to graduate! I am very happy and will continue to use their services for other programs. Thanks Jewelle !

I highly recommend Sam Ivy K9 Consultants. I got a Havanese puppy (his name is Teddy) for Christmas. The breeder had not potty/paper trained or leash trained him. Not being experienced or even knowing how to train a puppy, I researched different places for training. I liked the idea of having the training at my house where Teddy was comfortable and there were fewer distractions. I was able to get an appointment for a consultation quickly. The methods and expectations were explained and all our questions and concerns were addressed. Our trainer, Alexis, was knowledgeable and wonderful with Teddy. On the first day, Alexis had Teddy walking on a leash and gave us some ideas on how to get him to eat (Teddy wouldn’t eat unless it was on the couch between my husband and I). When talking to the owner and to Alexis, you can tell that they really love what they do and care about the animals they train as well as their owners. I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them!!!!

Our rescue English bulldog had many aggressive issues. Our last option was to hire a trainer and we couldn't be happier. His behavior has improved dramatically. There's still work to be done but for the most part we have notice the difference. We have learned "K9" language it's unbelievable the things we had no clue about. We are extremely happy and proud with the results. Thank you Claudia

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Sam Ivy and our trainer Alexis. A couple months ago, we decided to adopt a second dog. We already had one large dog and the one we adopted is about 100 pounds. Two XL dogs in the house was chaos, especially because the new one was only 7 months old. He was destructive (RIP to about 8 pairs of shoes, my wedding album & a couple purses) and had crazy energy that we didn’t know what to do with. I was at my wits end, to the point that I would get anxiety driving home from work, knowing the chaos that was going to ensue. That’s when we decided to make the investment into Sam Ivy. It is expensive. There are no two ways around that, but it’s so so worth it. I used to get dragged around the neighborhood when I would attempt to walk them both together. Now they stay on either side of me without any pulling. We have learned to harness the puppies energy in a constructive way and his distructivness has seen such an improvement. If you feel like your dogs run your life instead of living cohesively in it, call Sam Ivy... and request Alexis!
