I love this company. I had rescued two dogs from the shelter 8 months ago and I really didn't know how to teach them things that would make my life easier, as well as I was waiting on this long waiting list for a service dog. I knew my female dog was really smart and had what it took to be a great service dog but I didn't know how to get her to be the best. So I called Samy IVY they came out did an interview with me and I told them what I was looking for, when I heard the price I just couldn't believe it because I had called around for months all the way from out of state and got quotes and they were 80% more than what they were charging me. I agreed to all the terms and the next week I had met my trainer Gina. Gina was God sent because she was patient, she had great communication with me, flexible with times and very knowledgeable with how to train them. With in 5 months both my dogs were trained in obedience and off leash and my female dog was also trained for service dog. I get so many compliments on how well behaved they are and i always refer them to Sam Ivy. There's just no way I could have done this myself, I honestly think I would have gave up because between my schedule and patience it would have been just and epic fail. Before hiring them I had wasted alot of money on videos, leashes, vest, collars, toys and treats and to know it was only a few items I needed to be successful was a great leash and collar to which they provide and patience. Who would of known. I tell Gina all the time it was money well spent and if had to do it all over again I would. You have to be fully committed in seeing a change, if not then you will be wasting there time as well as yours. I would recommend anyone to them! Thanks Sam Ivy, Gina you did an awesome job.
