I have gone through a couple of trainers from different companies. I have paid to much money and was weary of another failure. I searched and reviewed the internet. I spoke with other dog trainers. But the Sam Ivy way has been very successful for me and Charlie. I would like to thank Nicole who was a major part in Charlie's success! We are both very grateful for her kindness , patience, and ability to teach. We look forward to continuing with Nicole to further Charlie's training, but also because we will both miss her as she has become part of our Wolf Pack! Thank you so much Nicole!

Thanks to trainer JACKIE and Sam Ivy Consultants - our puppy, Charlie, needed the basics and obedience training - and WE needed to learn how to interact with our new puppy as well. Jackie helped us with training tools we will use for years to come and those tools will help us enjoy our dog for years to come. Jackie listened to our concerns, addressed our questions and followed through with genuine care and attention. Trainer Jackie worked with our schedules and we got through the training program fairly quickly. Thanks trainer Jackie and Sam Ivy for a successful experience!

Highly recommend Sam Ivy Fort Lauderdale. Claudia and her staff is extremely professional and very good with dogs. Our dog enjoyed the training and was a quick learner. The method is simple, easy to learn, and most importantly works!!!! Would definitely rehire this company with other pets.

Love Sam Ivy!!! Jackie was an amazing trainer and helped us with our boxer whippet mix. She was attacked a few times in her life which made her have leash and fence aggression. I was SO embarrassed and nervous to take her out for a walk which wasn't fair to her. We have a little one on the way so I knew I had to act before I could let the situation get worse. I feel that because people don't recognize some of these signs their pets give them, they throw their arms in the air and say we have to get rid of this dog which is not what I wanted. She is my baby too! I was so hesitant in using the prong collar and e collar. I've felt both myself and they look and seem so much worse than they are. The prong collar has rounded ends and they don't hurt. The e collar, I tried for myself while being pregnant mind you, doesn't hurt. It just wasn't pleasant and made me want to scratch my arm, that's it! I've become more comfortable with the tools we've been given and feel so much more confident when taking her out on walks. She's a completely different dog now that she knows we will protect her and she doesn't have to be on the defense all the time. Sam Ivy taught us how to communicate with our pup in her language and we are forever thankful for that! And for the record, I would like to tell everyone that our trainer never once told us to hit our pup! Thank you Jackie and Sam Ivy for helping us!
