Jodi at Senior Care Authority was incredible. She worked with my sisters and I for almost 2 years to find the right spot for my grandparents. She was very thorough in understanding our needs and financial situation to pick a location that was best suited for my grandparents. They have moved in and are loving their new lifestyle. I attempted to find a place myself and was BOMBARDED by phone calls and emails from different properties. It was chaos. Jodi made the entire process easy. I only talked to her and she coordinated the rest. Her in-depth industry knowledge helped guide us to only the best options for my grandparents and cut out all the noise. It was significantly easier and I am very fortunate to have found her. Thank you very much, Jodi!

I was referred to Jodi's company a couple of years ago when first thinking about placing my parent's in assisted living. My brother and I love out of state and so were not familiar with the options at all. They were not quite ready at the time, but Jodi continued to check in with me and was always available and extremely responsive multiple times over the course of about two years. When it finally became necessary to move them, she and her assistant were ready to take my mom around -my mother had high compliments for her assistant - and my parents were placed within a week. There is no way I would have been able to handle such an emotional and somewhat complicated transition without Jodi's help and expert knowledge.

We urgently needed to find an assisted living facility for our mother. Jodi worked closely with us to define our specific needs to identify the appropriate communities that would be right for our mother. She located three communities which we narrowed down to two. As we are all long distance, she organized Zoom tours of the two facilities. Upon determining the facility we liked, Jodi picked up our mother and took her on a personal tour of the community. When it becomes time to find the right home for your parent[s] the number of choices and scenariors available can be overwhelming. Jodi walked us through the big picture of availability and need and helped us define four options that were tailored to us. We saw all three and she helped us negotiate a good deal. I had a wonderful experience with Jodi - I planned to find my parents an assisted living facility just before the pandemic. I had to delay until a few weeks ago. Jodi kept in touch with me the entire year to check-in.
An emergency situation developed as my Father passed, and my Mother needed a memory care facility quickly. Within 1 day Jodi identified two great places, secured a Saturday appointment, and my Mother moved in Tuesday. It's the perfect place!
Jodi is smart, caring, a great listener, extremely responsive, and a very nice person. She knows the ins and outs of the people and the industry. She has my highest recommendation!!!
