We hired Jody as my mom was resistant to moving in an assisted living facility. We thought it would make her feel better to have an outside person advocating for her. We met with Jody once then she emailed us some places to look at. We toured a few with her. She got a sense of what my mom needed. I'd like to take a moment to highlight how Jodi Glacer has helped our family in the past few months.
We were in need of a support for my 90 year old father-in-law to help guide us through the maze of Assisted Living choices in Florida that accept Medicaid. This was a daunting challenge for our family, especially during COVID and that we live in New York. My wife and I had several calls with Jodi reviewing all aspects of my father-in-laws needs, and Jodi then worked her magic on the backend.
Jodi is thorough, compassionate, smart, and very knowledgeable, in what is an overwhelming space. Finding the right new home for my father-in-law during COVID was incredibly challenging. Since we couldn't travel down to Florida, Jodi more than helped ease the burden. She found several great places that would fit his needs, and we appreciate all of her work.
I can highly recommend Jodi as a strong expert, ally and support system for any family that finds themselves in a similar situation.

I am so glad my brother and I decided to look for help transitioning our Dad from his own home to senior living. She met my me and my husband at MorseLife and went on the tour with us so we could check it out before my father moved there. I highly recommend Jodi's services if you are ever in the position of trying to find a good assisted living place for a loved one. My mom needed to move from independent living quarters to assisted living quarters and Jodi did a great job lining up excellent choices within our budget that met all of my mom's needs and that she would be happy moving to. Jodi is friendly, professional, organized, and really knows her stuff. My brother-in-law and I flew down from up north to find a place for my mom and we were on a tight timetable. Jodi really listened to us when we described what services we were looking for and our budget and with her great connections and knowledge about what each place offered, we was able to find us really good options to choose from. I don't think we could have gone wrong with any of her suggested options and my mom and me and my entire family are very happy with the place she found for my mom.

Jodi was extremely knowledgeable and helped with a very difficult move to Memory Care for my mother in law. She was so helpful and patient with our family, as we explored our options. She even responded to our questions over weekends and in the evenings. My husband and I are out of state, so she was able to work with us remotely and also met my brother in law to tour facilities in Florida. In the end, she was able to get our loved one into a great facility that had a long waitlist. We had many “boxes” to check off, including budgetary, and Jodi was able to deliver what was needed.
