Jodi was fantastic in facilitating a re-location to a skilled nursing facility. She identified potential options, worked through insurance coverage issues, and arranged for transfer. She did this all while I was living out of the area and it was handled seamlessly. It was a very complex situation that Jodi undertook with great care and compassion. We could not have done it without her. Would definitely recommend!

For the first time ever, I was confronted with the near emergency need to find a memory care unit for an elderly (age 101) friend. By stroke of good look, I was referred to Jodi Glacer. She immediately made reservations for me to visit three different ALFs. I was able to make a decision and my friend was admitted to her new residence within a couple of days. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with Jodi's service and highly recommend her.

Jodi with Senior Care Authority took time to get to know my dad by asking a lot of specific questions. She actually asked me for his best friend's phone number so she could learn exactly what Dad wanted and needed. Although there are so many places to choose from, Jodi understood what we were looking for, and we felt like we didn't have to go from place to place. She showed us the ones she thought we'd like the best first, and she was right. We ended the search after the second community tour. Dad loves his new home and I don't have to worry about him all the time.
