You will learn a wealth of information from Chad. He gives you so much advise and wisdom. I wish I could be so as good as he is on Probate phone calls. No book could tell you as much as I learned in 3 classes with Chad. If you want to be successful and know how to get a listing with your probate leads you have to take Probate Mastery. Its worth every penny you spend on the class.

I have taken a lot of courses and it is very rare that I leave a course feeling like I learned MORE than I signed up for. Chad not only taught me about Probate but gave me a glipse into other areas such as investing and financing. He was very patient and did not rush anyone. He made sure everyone had a concrete answer to any questions they had. Definitely 5 stars!!!

As to instructor Chad; his delivery was comprehensive and fluid. Q&A was open vs rigid, addressing questions with responses that were easily understood and adaptive to different scenarios, further demonstrated by his end-of-class role-play segment. Great course, great instructor.

I've been in probate 8 years, and had 2 other great teachers, however it's amazing to get a 2020 perspective. Chad's delivery and role play is well just insane. I learned an incredible amount of massively actionable steps and overall great objection busters... Thanks Chad!

Chad addresses the proprietary issues of probate with great detail of each topic, with care and deep knowledge. I enjoyed very much learning his approach and dissection of the conversation structure, objections and solutions. I am still intimidated of the call-calling and talking to strangers, so I am memorizing and analyzing each procedural step. Translation: gotta learns a whole lotta stuf!! Thank you Chad.

Just completed my probate mastery session over the last few days. It is undoubtedly Worthy of your time. To me making phone calls in the blind without truly knowing what you’re saying sets you up to fail. Chad‘s unique teaching style went along way to making the course interesting and down to earth when talking to people.
