Ok maybe they're a little pricier than others. But for that you get top line professionals who come on time, get the job done efficiently, and leave the area nice and clean. You get what you paid for here. Plus they give a nice discount to veterans. Never got that in California.

Very professional, punctual, high quality. I have used Hawthorn many times and always been satisfied with both the people who take my phone call and with the plumbers . They are both professional responsive and punctual. The plumbers are excellent. He assessed the situation and fixed it promptly. I called six services that day. Only one other company (other than Hawthorn) called me back but called me back four and a half hour later. I love their yearly service but this l could not afford to sigh up

Gave them a call and I was told a tech would be there within an hour and he was! Prior to his arrival I received an email, tech with his picture, was on his way. The tech, Felipe was polite, professional and provided quality service. We will definitely use Hawthorne again

Jake gave us our estimate and did most of the work in our sewer vent pipe that had corroded away, chased it and found a place to connect outside of the foundation under the concrete. It was completed in two days!!! Mind blowing work ethics, talent and skills. I was comfortable with him in my home which is far more than I can say for most tradespeople. He's our go-to man for plumbing concerns!!

I would give a five star rating for Felipe Infante of Hawthorne Plumbing.He is very professional and friendly. Last year, we had our electric water heater fail.It was covered under warranty and a new unit was installed by Hawthorne.Part of their service was a promise to drain and service the unit a year after installation. When I mentioned that I have two water heaters, Felipe agreed to work on both units for no charge.He also showed me how to drain the units in the future.I appreciated his willingness to teach me. If I need plumbing service in the future, I will call Felipe Infante of Hawthorne Plumbing.

We had a leak in our laundry room from a copper 't' inside of a wall. I called Hawthorne to fix it, as well as do a number of other items I had been saving up for the appropriate moment, including a new water shutoff to our home. The were all fixed well, in a very timely fashion, by Jake, a very personable and professional man. I was delighted with everything about Hawthorne, so much so that I signed up for the yearly plumbing heating and cooling contract!
