I am so Happy I used Hawthorne Plumbing! Had a real mess with a toilet having a broken bolt and allot of work done by a previous plumber that didn't work. Felippe came to us that afternoon and fixed it in no time! Showed us pictures of before and after and really explained to us what was going on. So kind and professional he is! The ladies that answer calls and in the office are really are so sweet, Lynda, Heather, Sandy were so fast and kept me posted with when my technician would be there. I received excellent service from the time I placed the call until the work was completed!! My water heater would not stay lit and the gas contol valve needed to be replaced. I was not pressured into replacing the whole unit which I appreciated even though I know it was needed due to the age of the water heater and it not being up to code. Ivan was awesome! He went and got the part and had it changed out in about an hour.
