Hawthorne had the technician, Todd, at my house 90 minutes after I called late on a Friday afternoon. Todd diagnosed the problem, obtained the necessary part, and returned early Saturday morning to install it. I’ve been cool ever since!!! The company, from Heather who takes the calls to Todd who did the work is truly customer oriented. I highly recommend them.

The phone call was answered immediately and an appointment was available that day. Ian showed up and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and without having to tear down too much drywall. In fact he made sure to take the harder way for him but the way that would be the easiest to fix later.
