Jacob’s work was outstanding given he installed a premium water filtration package, an upstairs toilet, and max-flow filtration all in a day including a pop up assembly. He pointed out the existing assembly had cracks with corrosion and calcification. It was obvious. He accommodated my request to replace. He took the liberty to acquire the assembly including a drinking spout that match my faucet and soap dispenser. I was astounded how he notices the details! This is rare! This what I like about Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The small details that make an enormous difference! A million “thank you’s” and to you Boss Angel as well. It all stems from the top and trickles down...you have a superior team of employees like Jacob and Shane! I commend you!!!

A few of the other reviews mentioned high costs however, I find it imperative to mention this regarding their cost. The quality of work completely outweighs the cost of services.
We used Hawthorne Plumbing to repair 3 toilets in stalls plus two urinals and clear the drain going outside of the building. Yes, I had to pay more than I had paid my previous plumber but not really. Our last plumber before Hawthorne was out every 3 weeks for 90 days trying to repair the exact same issue Hawthorne did in one visit. I will be relying on Hawthorne plumbing in the future over the locally advertised plumber that everyone in Las Vegas knows.

Ian has been performing preventative maintenance on my water heater for several years and is personable, professional and knowledge. Todd has been performing preventative maintain on our HVAC system and has 12 years of experience with Hawthorne and really knows his stuff.
They are straight shooters and don’t try to oversell you on things you don’t need. They always call 1/2 before arriving and leave the place spotless when they are done.

Jacob Godzak was very professional. Our tenant was quite pleased with his work and the fact that he cleaned up before leaving. I received an email notifying me that Jacob would be the tech. A picture of him was also provided. Second email provided pictures along with the bid. Once the work was completed, another email with pictures. Exceptional customer service! I purchased a new high tech water monitoring system, That shuts off the water main, if it detects a major leak, and reports water usage to your smart phone, I needed to move my water main, into my garage to get it working, Ivan My technician, was helpful, he changed the job to exactly fit my needs, he was friendly, professional... and FAST!!
