After to long with my water heater out I had Hawthorne Home Plumbing out. Jacob was my tech that showed up very professional and informative. He explained everything that needed to be done and had a lot of options for me to choose from. He did a fantastic job and on top of that he took a look at my poor old non working garbage disposal and gave me a great deal to get it replaced and installed. We had a problem with a brand new A.O Smith water heater because the pilot kept going out. The receptionist (Sandy) and the Plumbing Technician (Jake Godzak) both tried their best to help us out. But since it is during the holidays, they are not finished yet. So far they have a done a good job but I will continue to update this until they are done. Thank you so much for helping us when we couldn't find it elsewhere.

Had previously used Hawthorne for a sewer problem. We were completely satisfied with with the service. Jake Godzak was our technician. That was 10 months ago. This week we had a break in the main water line going the house. Because of your previous great service I called Hawthorne again.. Jake Godzak came out again the same day I called. I got a reasonable estimate the next day. Jake was very informative. The work hasn't been completed yet but it will start on Monday. Great service so far.
....After the work was completed, the job was well done, the area cleaned well. Jake continued to give good courteous service and explain things as he went along. A job well done!!!

Had a blocked main line to the sewer at a rental house. Needed to snake it out with 5/8 in. cable and there were a couple unexpected tough problems to boot. Jacob did a great job quickly getting tenants back so they could use water! He makes sure you understand what's going on and possible future issues you should be aware of and how some of them can be prevented.
