Richard and the team have been amazing,
They are always so polite and care about every pet.
i had one situation where i noticed a wound at the side of my dogs bum,
called the tea they said to send photos via email or whatsapp and someone would get back to me
in the gap i got an emergency appointment at Vets for pets who told me it was nothing to worry about looked like he had cut it on somewhere
then goodards called me back and told me to bring him in as they believed it was a burst gland but wanted a proper look
it was a burst gland and he went to surgery that day.
the team have a great system with teh email and whatsapp so you can get advice without coming in and if they think it is needed then they will find you a slot

Richard and his team are taking care of my dog, Tommy, (Yorkshire terrier) for over 14 years and I was always happy with the treatment and the care we have received. He is 16 years/2 months old and still going strong.
What I like most is the dedication, the commitment and availability.
Every time i phoned the practice, they were able to find an appointment for my dog so he didn’t need to wait in pain.
Richard is always taking time to explain every aspect of the treatment or procedure. The nurses are so caring, knowledgeable and taking care of your pet like it is their own.
We don’t live locally but we have never thought to change the vet practice because we are so happy and thankful to Richard and his team.

Richard and his team are wonderful, they are all very professional, compassionate and helpful. My cat Judy has had treatment for thyroid, dental and now kidney problems. The standard of care is excellent. I. wouldn't take her anywhere else. I have recommended the practice to other pet owners in the past, and I am happy to continue recommending.

Richard and the team at Goddard gidea park have been caring for our staffy sonny since he was a puppy. Sonny suffers with allergies and you never know when he will flare up. Richard and the team are always efficient and manage to see him when needed.
Richard has got his treatment plan under control.
We never have to wait for long periods in the waiting area which is also why we love this vets as sonny is very nervous. We wouldn’t take sonny anywhere else.

I've been taking my dog Barney to Richard for a couple of years now and we always receive a great service. Never any waiting times and always happy to see Barney at short notice. Richard always goes into great detail about the treatments making me feel reassured Barney is in good hands. I would recommend!

I recently transferred to this vets as I was fed up of seeing a different vet every time at my previous place. Here I get to see the same vet every time, I'm always seen on time and am never left waiting and the medical advice has always proved to be correct . It was quite awkward to park initially but now I'm familiar with the area its no longer a problem, but worth the effort either way. Great practise with a village feel.

Richard and his staff are super helpful and friendly. Despite having no appointments, they kindly fitted me asap as my dog had been poorly all afternoon and I didn’t want to leave until the morning. Great local vet.
