I have been a client of Gidea Park Goddards for over 10 years. Have had 3 dogs under the care of Richard and the staff. Always caring and atrentive and keen to listen to the owner which a lot of bets don't. I have had dogs with serious issues and illness and have always got the treatment I've wanted and needed for my pet from the staff. Today I needed a last minute appointment and as previously the staff where able to get my dog in same day. Never had issues getting appointment slots or advice. Would recommend.

I had to take Munchkyn to see Richard due to the fact that he had been missing for a week and when he returned he had obviously lost weight. The practice saw me at short notice. Richard, as always, was very professional and gave Munchkyn a thorough examination. You can tell he has years of experience in dealing with his patients and you always have confidence in his ability to recommend the right and necessary treatment for your pet. I would recommend Richard to all my friends to treat their pets.

Fantastic vets, all the staff are extremely knowledgeable, very caring and have a real love for all the animals they treat, you never have to wait long to be seen, the only downside is the booking system, it’s pointless and long winded get rid of it it’s detrimental to the practice

I’ve been registered here for 5 years and I absolutely love and appreciate the whole team at this veterinary practice! The nurses and receptionists are always so considerate and helpful. Richard is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and kind he delivers exceptional care to my baby boy! His initiative and proactiveness always results in a speedy recovery on every visit.
My dog is anxious plus reactive but Richard and the team always handle him with such patience and gentleness which often keeps him calm!
I couldn’t be happier with the service and care my pup receives here.

Professional and excellent service provided by the Receptionist and Nurses within the practice. Richard (Animal whisper), was able to diagnose my fur baby straight away and provided her with the correct medication.
Gidea Park always will provide an urgent appointment for your baby to be seen on the same day.

Goddard's vet practice has earned the full five stars on each and every visit. Appointments are on time and organised to ensure there is always room in the waiting area and no queues. The staff are welcoming, efficient, capable, caring and patient with animals and people. Richard Marks is a remarkable vet, committed to his profession, knowledgable, up-to-date with veterinary trends and, like his staff, shows care and respect for animals and their owners. During our dog's annual health check this morning Richard was his usual helpful informative self, reassuring us that our elderly dog was doing well. He suggested a month's trial medication that may improve his overall comfort while walking. We opted to take Richards advice. We are always seen promptly at the Gidea Park practice with little or no waiting around. Booking an appointment is also quick, easy and with a minimal wait time. When we needed an emergency appointment there has never been a problem and have been seen the same day. The surgery is well run with all the staff answering any questions fully and professionally. I can't praise Richard and the staff at Gidea park highly enough, keep up the good work guys...!!!
